Stable coin? Same as dollar - now working through the system and uses crypto-
graphy so itcan not be altered and is backed up the same as a dollar and used
just as a dollar and does not need bank account so goes through without delay
earns interest through short term US Treasury bills so it trades globally with no
delays. What that means, big companies (Amazon) will not have to pay fees for
credit card payments. US Treasury is backing the change with allowing it.
